Drake and a lady who accused him of sexual assault earlier this yr have settled their dispute. According to TMZ, Drake filed authorized paperwork on Friday (November 30) that state accuser Layla Lace is prohibited from making “statements alleging or insinuating that [Drake] assaulted her.”
Lace made the preliminary claims in April 2017. She alleged the Toronto famous person raped and impregnated her after a one-night stand. After taking these claims to SiriusXM and in the end, the authorities, Drake sued her for civil extortion, defamation and fraud.

Now with the lawsuit behind him, Drake is hoping to maneuver ahead together with his life.
“The filing made by Drake against Layla Lace has been resolved, with Layla avoiding going to trial by agreeing to a stipulated judgment which prohibits her from repeating past statements she made against Drake,” movie star legal professional Larry Stein advised TMZ. “Drake and his team are satisfied with this outcome and while Drake appreciates the support he has received, he asks that his fans and the media allow both parties to move on with their lives”
The decide has but to log off on their settlement.
