Tory Lanez Challenges Jacquees For "King Of R&B" Title

Weeks after Tory Lanez went head-to-head with Joyner Lucas to show who’s essentially the most proficient MC, Lanez is now coming after Jacquees. This time, it seems he needs to find out who’s the actual King of R&B.

During a current live performance, Lanez belted out a number of notes of R. Kelly’s “Bump ‘N Grind” earlier than he stated, “Tell that nigga Jacquees to holler at me one time. Tell ’em to holla at me. That’s my bro, but tell ’em to holla at me.”

Back in 2016, the Lanez and Jacquees bought right into a heated debate about R&B and Chris Brown however in the end squashed it.

Of course, Jacquees sparked a large social media debate final week after he claimed to be the brand new King of R&B. 

“I just want to let everybody know I’m the King of R&B right now — for this generation,” he stated in an Instagram video. “I understand who done came and who done did that and that and that. Jacquees’ daring declare made its technique to R. Kelly who merely posted a photograph of himself sitting in a throne with a crown emoji within the caption, making his opinion loud and clear. Now, it’s evidently Lanez’s flip.
